...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KANKAKEE...CENTRAL
PORTER AND SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...

At 445 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near South Haven to near Lake Dalecarlia to
near Grant Park. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Portage, Merrillville, Valparaiso, Hobart, Crown Point, Cedar Lake,
Lowell, Hebron, Lakes of the Four Seasons, South Haven, Winfield,
Lake Dalecarlia, Grant Park, Wheeler, and Boone Grove.
