...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northeastern Desha,
southeastern Monroe and east central Arkansas Counties through 1015

...

At 939 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of St. Charles to near Gillett.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.
