.DISCUSSION...An upper trough will move across the area on Tuesday.
Expect clouds, and also some sunshine, but probably no rain. The
trough will cause gusty afternoon/evening WNW breezes. Temperatures
trend downward by about 5-10F and humidity is up a bit compared to
Monday. Transport winds are NW. Winds ease Tuesday night allowing
for good overnight RH recoveries. A cool air mass will persist over
the area Wednesday, but it will be dry and mostly sunny.  Thursday
and Friday will be warmer.

Sky/weather.........Clouds and some sunny intervals.
Max temperature.....Around 73.
Min humidity........35-38 percent.
Eye level winds.....North or upslope 0-2 mph becoming NW 1-4 mph in
                    the afternoon with gusts to 8 mph after 1500.
Wind (20 ft)........N 1-3 mph early, then NW 3-7 mph in the
                    early afternoon, but WNW 5-11 mph with gusts to
                    22 mph after 1500.
