For the following areas... Mississippi Sound... North Mobile Bay... South Mobile Bay... At 414 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Grand Bay, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. Locations impacted include...
