...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN FREEBORN COUNTY
THROUGH 1000 PM CDT...

At 937 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Emmons, or 12 miles southwest of Albert Lea, moving northeast at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Emmons.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
south central Minnesota.
