...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Anderson, Blount, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Sevier and
  Union.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1053 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Alcoa, Farragut,
    Louisville, Plainview, Rockford, Strawberry Plains, Halls,
    Blaine, Luttrell, Lake Forest, Maloneyville, Bearden, Powell,
    Mascot, Kimberlin Heights, Seymour and House Mountain State
    Park.
