.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh SE to S winds will prevail across
the area waters through Tue, behind an exiting tropical wave.
Winds will then diminish to gentle to moderate Tue night through
Fri night. A deep-layered upper trough across the western
Atlantic will move eastward across the region and support active
weather locally this afternoon through Thu night.
