...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
10 AM AKDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
  up to 2 inches below 5000 feet and up to 4 inches above 5000
  feet. Ice accumulations of a trace to 0.05 inches.

* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains and Central Brooks Range.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow at times today will transition
  to steadier snow tonight which may be briefly heavy at times
  before midnight. After midnight, there will be a transition to
  freezing rain which will continue through about 10 AM tomorrow.
  This will turn to plain rain showers during the afternoon
  before temperatures drop below freezing again tomorrow night
  with additional freezing rain showers and freezing drizzle.
