Total snow accumulations of up to 2 inches below 5000 feet and up to 4 inches above 5000 feet. Ice accumulations of a trace to 0.05 inches. * WHERE...Central Arctic Plains and Central Brooks Range. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow at times today will transition to steadier snow tonight which may be briefly heavy at times before midnight. After midnight, there will be a transition to freezing rain which will continue through about 10 AM tomorrow.
