.DISCUSSION...

Today and Sunday will be seasonably cool. Scattered showers will
develop this afternoon with a 60 percent chance of rain tonight into
Sunday. Wetting rains this weekend will be spotty. There will be a
20 percent chance of rain showers Monday afternoon and again Tuesday
afternoon...again wetting rain will be spotty. Confidence is growing
that north Idaho and northeast Washington will receive widespread
wetting rains Tuesday night into Wednesday. Our weather models
advertise a 50 percent chance of at least a quarter of an inch of
rain over a 24 hour period from Tuesday night through Wednesday and
a 20 percent chance of a half inch.
