Tuesday. Breezy conditions are possible each afternoon.  Showers
are expected by Tuesday evening and will continue into Wednesday.
The showers are expected to decrease Wednesday evening and end
Wednesday night.  Dry conditions are then expected to return
Thursday and Friday.

MIN RH values will be around 20 to 25 percent today and a bit higher
on Tuesday with excellent overnight recoveries.  RH values will climb
Tuesday night into Wednesday due to the expected precipitation.
