.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will gradually shift east
through early Tuesday, resulting in warm, dry conditions and
light diurnal winds persisting through Monday night. Tuesday,
and upper low pressure system will bring rain shower
chances(20-30%), though chances of wetting rain will be less
than 10%. West winds will increase Tuesday afternoon to
10 to 15 mph, with gusts to around 25 mph. Minimum RHs will
be in the mid 30s to 40s each afternoon, with excellent
overnight recoveries.
