.DISCUSSION...A weak ridge of high pressure ensures dry and fairly
calm conditions today with terrain driven winds to start shifting
to the northwest by midday. Expect lighter terrain driven winds
again tonight into Tuesday morning. Come the second half of
Tuesday a frontal boundary arriving from the north increases
rainfall across the local area after 1400-1500. Overnight RH
recoveries remain excellent.
