.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions, near normal temperatures, and typical afternoon
and early evening breeziness will continue through Thursday. Winds
will tend to follow their typical diurnal tendencies and terrain
influences in all districts and gust to 15-25 mph in the afternoon
and early evenings. MinRH values will be in the 5-15% range.
Overnight recovery will be poor in South-Central Arizona and in the
20-25% range, whereas in Southwest Arizona and Southeast
California overnight recovery will be fair and in the 30-50%
range. Afternoon high temperatures will be in the low to mid 90s
across the lower deserts under sunny skies.
