Very low chance of a brief thunderstorm late this afternoon, though any activity will likely produce more wind than rain as lower atmosphere is rather dry. South winds will remain breezy overnight at 15 to 20 mph, and breezy conditions will persist on Thursday, as winds turn west-southwest and remain in the 15 to 20 mph. .REST OF TODAY...
