...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1031 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from
    overnight into early this morning has lead to the Little
    Muskingum at Bloomfield to rise out of its banks. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.

    mainly rural areas of Northeastern Washington County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
