Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen within a 60 to 90 minute period. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
