Moderate onshore flow will continue a deep marine layer this coming week, with clouds and fog reaching up to 3,000 to 4,000 feet into the mountains each night and morning. Locally strong westerly winds will occur across mountains and deserts through this evening, with gusts of 25-45 mph, with isolated gusts over 50 mph mainly through mountain passes and desert slopes. These winds will continue each afternoon and evening this week, but a little weaker after tonight. Temperatures will be lower than average this week, with the coolest days today and Saturday.
