...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MILLER...NORTHWESTERN LAFAYETTE
AND EAST CENTRAL CASS COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles west of Fouke to near Queen City to
Atlanta. Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Texarkana, Atlanta, Queen City, Fouke, Garland, Ravanna, Genoa,
Brightstar, Mount Pleasant, Bloomburg, Domino, Pleasant Hill, Spirit
Lake, Fort Lynn, and Piney Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
southwestern Arkansas...and northeastern Texas.
