...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WOOD COUNTY THROUGH
445 PM CDT...

At 419 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Emory, or 12 miles south of Sulphur Springs,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Winnsboro, Pleasant Grove, Lake Fork Reservoir, and Yantis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
