.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog and/or low stratus appears likely over/near the burn
site early Thursday morning before dissipating around 9AM ET.
Light SE winds pick up out of the south with the afternoon
seabreeze under a mix of sun and clouds. Low dispersions are
forecast until after 10AM ET while relative humidity bottoms out
in the mid 60s and temperatures peak in the mid 80s. The latter is
likely to feel like the low 90s.

For Friday, similar conditions are expected outside of a slightly
later start to dispersions greater than 20 and prevailing winds
becoming more southwesterly. Confidence in patchy fog is currently
too low to explicitly forecast.
