This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Topeka, Rossville, Tecumseh, Richland, Dover, Silver Lake, Auburn, Maple Hill, Willard, Pauline, Berryton and Keene. - This includes the following highways...
