...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 AM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the following
  counties, Shawnee and Wabaunsee.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1022 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Topeka, Rossville, Tecumseh, Richland, Dover, Silver Lake,
    Auburn, Maple Hill, Willard, Pauline, Berryton and Keene.
  - This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 70 between mile markers 338 and 355.
    Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 167 and 185.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
