Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to
60 nm...

At 826 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located near Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, or 10 nm north of
Altamaha Sound, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 35 knots or greater, and small
         hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
