Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 22.0 feet early Friday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
