.DISCUSSION...Moderate onshore NW flow will weaken overnight
across Mendocino County while keeping conditions moist along the
coastal ranges. RH values expected to fall to 50% in near coastal
areas Thursday while NE winds induce extreme warming and drying
across the interior. Temperatures likely to remain in the low 70`s while
climbing a steep gradient into the upper 80`s in interior valleys.
