This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will move across the
region this morning, mainly south of I-20. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph
and localized areas of 60 mph wind gusts will be possible until about
10 AM. A few storms in Central Texas my also contain small hail and
heavy rainfall.

Hot and humid weather will result in heat index values of 105-109
across eastern Central Texas today and tomorrow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
After a brief break from storms during the latter half of the holiday
weekend, storm chances may return as early as Monday evening and
continue daily through the end of the week. The potential for severe
weather remains uncertain at this time.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
