For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch high pressure will build over the
Northern Plains today. This high parks over the Upper Great Lakes
Wednesday through Thursday. The high slowly move towards the rest
of the lower Great Lakes region late beginning Thursday night,
reaching the Mid Atlantic states by Friday night at 30.2 inches.
Ridging over Lake Superior weakens to 29.9 inches by Saturday.
