FOR JONES...LENOIR...NORTHWESTERN CRAVEN AND NORTHEASTERN DUPLIN
COUNTIES...

At 650 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Kinston, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Kinston, La Grange, Grifton, Phillips Crossroads, Kornegay, Deep Run,
Vanceboro, Comfort, Fort Barnwell, Jasper, Tuscarora, Dawson, Potters
Hill, Graingers, Institute, Pleasant Hill, Wyse Fork, Albertson,
Kinston Regional Jetport, and Pink Hill.
