* At 317 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles south of Payne Gap to 10 miles southeast of
  Pennington Gap, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Norton, Wise, Gate City, Big Stone Gap, Weber City, Coeburn, Pound,
  St. Paul, Nickelsville, and Dungannon.
