...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

A gradual warming and drying trend is expected throughout this
week with temperatures across the interior reaching the upper 80`s
to lower 90`s by Friday. Despite dry weather throughout the
period, onshore flow persists providing good humidity recoveries
across most areas outside of the higher elevations above 3000
feet. Gusty NW winds can also be expected by midweek along coastal
areas, in the gaps, and ridgetops.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Temperatures will rise above normal today due to an upper level
ridge over the area. A deeper marine layer is in place over the
North Coast region and higher humidities are expected today.
Westerly to northwesterly winds will continue to flow over much of
the area. Otherwise, Tuesday is showing a slight decrease in
overall temperatures and subsequent increase in relative
humidities with stronger northwest wind along the ridgetops as a
trough begins to enter the region.
