.SYNOPSIS...A cold front draped from SW to NE across the waters
will move E today as weak low pressure forms along the boundary.
High pressure will build slowly S into the northern waters Tue
night, reaching the waters by Wed night. The ridge will then
settle across the waters Thu and persist through Fri night. A
cold front will approach the far northern waters late Fri night.
