...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN SMITH AND NORTHWESTERN RUSK COUNTIES...
At 851 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Arp, or 10 miles east of Whitehouse, moving east at
45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This dangerous storm will be near...
Overton, New London, Joinerville, and Turnertown around 855 AM
CDT.
Henderson around 905 AM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include New
Chapel Hill.
