largely come to an end across the area; however, travelers are still
urged to exercise caution as roadways may still be slushy or snow

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The weight of the
  heavy, wet snow may result in additional tree damage and power
  outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can
