...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL CUSTER AND SOUTH
CENTRAL PENNINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 AM MDT...

At 1113 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 3
miles northeast of Black Hills Playhouse, or 10 miles southeast of
Hill City, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Hayward and northeastern Custer State Park around 1120 AM MDT.
  Hermosa around 1130 AM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may be producing large quantities of hail. Driving
through deep hail is like driving on slushy roads. Slow down and do
not brake suddenly.
