Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...

At 337 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located
near Jimmy Leland Tug, or near Bulls Bay, moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds and hail. Small craft could capsize in suddenly
         higher waves.
