...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...West to northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50
  mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis, Southern Cook,
  and Southern Lake Counties. In Wisconsin, Ashland, Bayfield,
  Douglas, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the
  Fond du Lac Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Grand Portage
  Reservation, the Red Cliff Band and the northwestern area of the
  Lac du Flambeau Band. Recreation spots such as Madeline Island and
  the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts will occur through the afternoon
  but will diminish this evening.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
