...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT TO TUESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...The Des Moines River at Ottumwa, or from Middle Avery
  Creek near Chillicothe...to Eldon.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Impacts...At 11.0 feet, Bear Creek reaches bankfull. At
  11.5 feet, water affects the northeast side of Rabbit Run Rd. At
  12.0 feet, Water affects Eldon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:50 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.5 feet.
