993 FNUS55 KGGW 280915 FWFGGW Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northeast Montana National Weather Service Glasgow MT 315 AM MDT Tue May 28 2024 .DISCUSSION... Warm and dry conditions expected today as an upper ridge moves across the region. As the ridge breaks down on Wednesday, a cold front moving across the region will trigger strong to severe thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening. High confidence (70-90%) exists for wetting rains with this event, especially near the North Dakota border where the strongest storms are expected. Cool and wet conditions linger into Thursday.
