...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN YORK AND NORTHEASTERN FILLMORE COUNTIES...

At 1118 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near McCool
Junction, or 8 miles southeast of York, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 1116 AM CDT, half dollar size
         hail was reported in McCool Junction.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern York and northeastern Fillmore Counties.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 352 and 365.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Hastings.
