At 1259 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located near Manitowoc, moving southeast at 15
knots.

  Manitowoc around 105 PM CDT.
  Nearshore waters between Manitowoc and Cleveleand betwee 105 PM
  and 120 PM CDT
