Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
901 PM CDT Fri May 24 2024

From the late afternoon through the middle of the evening, showers
and thunderstorms became widespread across eastern Wisconsin.
Other than brief gusty winds to about 35 mph at Oshkosh, the
storms remained garden variety and produce moderate rain and
lightning at times. Temperatures at 9 pm ranged from the middle
50s to middle 60s across the region.

The chances for showers and storms will end late this evening or
shortly after midnight. Then clouds will be on the decrease
with lows in the upper 30s to middle 40s north and in the 40s to
lower 50 elsewhere.

High pressure is forecast to move across the area on Saturday and
bring the nicest day of the holiday weekend with mostly sunny to
partly cloudy skies. Highs on Saturday will be in the upper 60s
to lower 70s. A soaking rain is expected Sunday into Sunday night
with the chances of showers continuing on Memorial Day.
