Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch high will build over the Lower Great Lakes today and will then drift to the New England coast tonight and Tuesday. A trough of low pressure averaging 29.6 inches will dig across the central Great Lakes on Wednesday. This broad trough will gradually slide east of the lake Thursday and Friday.
