...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN GRANT...
NORTHWESTERN LA SALLE AND EAST CENTRAL WINN PARISHES THROUGH 130 PM
CDT...

At 104 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Midway, or 19 miles north of Pineville, moving north at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Urania, Pollock, Tullos, Georgetown, Zenoria, Fishville, and
Rochelle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
