Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pay close attention to evacuation orders today, since the strong southwest wind gusts are likely to cause rapid expansion of the Blue 2 Fire with long range spotting potentially leading to new fire starts miles down wind from the main forest fire.
