  extending from 7 nm southwest of Edisto Sixty Reef to near Hunting
  Island Reef, moving southeast at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
