Showers and storms move in from the west this morning with periods of showers and storms through Friday night. Winds today remain breezy from the south-southeast, with gusts to around 30 mph. Winds taper off tonight and become light and somewhat variable into Friday. Temperatures in the 70s today and Friday, but with showers and storms as well as increasing humidity, minimum RH values above 55% expected. With lesser rain chances west of the James River Friday, RHs may dip near 40%. Expect a brief break in showers and storms during the morning and afternoon Saturday. However, shower and storm chances return Saturday night through the early part of next week. Near to above average temperatures prevail (highs in the 70s and 80s) with periodically breezy conditions.
