* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River above Groesbeck.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Moderate overbank flow is expected, with
  flooding occurring along the left bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:40 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 8.8 feet early
    Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
    Saturday evening.

  is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow evening to a crest of 21.4 feet Saturday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday
    evening.
