.DISCUSSION...

Gusty winds and dry conditions will continue the rest of today
and into the overnight hours tonight. Additionally, a few isolated
showers and storms may be possible over the Pikes Peak Region.
While chances of storms are low at this time, if storms do manage
to move off of the mountains the forecast site could see gusty,
erratic winds up to 45 mph. Otherwise, gusty southwest winds will
continue.

A front comes in later tonight, turning winds to the north-
northwest. Tomorrow, breezy northwest winds will continue across
the area with dry surface conditions and low humidity.
