Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
154 PM EDT Sun May 26 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms remain possible overnight
along with some resultant patchy fog. A cold front moving through
the area on Memorial Day brings a higher chance for organized
thunderstorms, with the potential for a few storms to become
severe. After the front passes, a drier airmass and cooling trend
begins Tuesday and persists through much of the week ahead.

Fog potential for tonight: Patchy fog possible.
