At 422 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located
near Kiawah Reef, or near N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, moving southeast
at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
